Thank you for your interest in being a guest on Coffee + Tea. This podcast is about real people sharing why they believe what they do, without debating, shaming, or trying to “win.” It’s a space for honest conversation, reflection, and maybe a little more understanding than we started with.

Whether you consider yourself conservative, liberal, independent, or something else entirely, your perspective is welcome here.

What to Expect

• Format: Each episode is about 30–45 minutes. Guests record their answers individually (so no one is talking over each other). After everyone shares, we’ll reflect together on what we heard.
• Tone: Respectful, honest, and open. No personal attacks or attempts to “win.”
• Topics: We’ll explore policies and cultural issues that shape our lives. You can share where you stand and why.
• Recording: You’ll need a quiet space, internet, and a phone or microphone to record.
• Compensation: At this time, guest spots on Coffee & Tea are voluntary and unpaid.

Who We’re Looking For

• Adults (18+) who are willing to be candid about their views
• People comfortable sharing personal stories or experiences that shaped their beliefs
• Folks committed to showing up in good faith, even when it’s hard
• Optional: You may remain anonymous if you prefer to other guests and public.

Privacy & Verification

To keep this project grounded in real, good-faith conversation, we ask all guests to verify their identity privately.

What this means:

• You will be asked to confirm your legal name.
• You will also confirm that you are a U.S. citizen eligible to vote.
• We do not require you to share this information publicly.
• If you prefer, your name will not be used in the episode or with other guests, and you can be referred to anonymously.
• We reserve the right to decline guests who promote conspiracies or extremist views that could harm others.

We take this step to help ensure that conversations are respectful, credible, and constructive.
